Mums the word!

With Mothers Day just around the corner, we are turning our attention to our flower order in preparation for Sunday 30th March. This annual event marks one of the busiest days of the year for us florists and we are looking forward to it!

Although for a lot of people, this date is now primarily used as an opportunity to show our mums how much we appreciate them, this Christian event was started in the sixteenth century and actually related to returning to your "Mother Church" and is officially known as Mothering Sunday.

We love the fact that it has evolved into a day to appreciate our mums though and think it's a lovely gesture which every mother looks forward to! If you would like to spoil your mum this year, we can supply a beautiful bouquet to suit your budget! We are offering FREE delivery if you spend over £30 and your flowers can be delivered on Sunday 30th or a different date if you prefer, to any work or home address within 10 miles of Eastbourne!

We hope you had a very Merry Christmas and lively New Year! We are already halfway through January and our year has started with a bang!

On the 4th and 5th Jan we exhibited at the Eastbourne Wedding Spectacular at the Winter Garden. It was a fantastic event, held over two days with many soon-to-be brides and grooms coming through the doors. We spoke to lots of couples and have sent lots of quotes out. Our next wedding fayre is going to be at the superb BEST WESTERN York House Hotel. This is going to be a more intimate event at one of Eastbourne's premier venues. It's being oganised by Spotlight Events and there will be lots of different wedding suppliers plus a chance for a tour around the hotel itself!
